Do you offer bulk discounting on tote bag orders?
Yes, we do offer bulk discounting which is shown below. If you would like to move forward with a bulk order just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your desired quantity and we will have a custom link setup with your discount included.

When will my order ship?
Our current turnaround time is 7 business days before shipping. Once an order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. "Business days" are Mondays thru Fridays (excluding holidays) rather than actual calendar days.
Can I have my order rushed?
Yes, rush orders are available for an additional $10 rush processing fee which does not include shipping fees. The rush processing fee ensures that your order is processed and mailed within 48 hours. Rush orders have NO bearing on shipping times. Please note that we have no control over shipping times, and delays may occur on behalf of the USPS. If there is a delay in receiving your order we will issue a refund for the express fee, but we cannot accept returns or a refund of your order due to the custom nature of our products. Please allow additional time for any potential Customs delays on international orders. Do you offer refund and/or exchanges?
We really hope you love your order, but if it happens that you do not we will refund you the value of the goods (except shipping costs). Send us a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund within 7 days of receiving your item and then have your items mailed back to us for your refund. All returned items will need to be in the same condition you received, to be eligible for a full refund.
I received my order & love it, but on my end I mistakenly misspelled a word in my personalization details. Can you have it remade correctly?
Please note, we create mockups based on the exact details that you provide to us. Once we have your details we send a mockup for you to review and approve. Upon your approval we create your items exactly as shown on your mockup and as you approved. We are NOT responsible for any spelling errors or any missing personalization details that you may have left out. If this were to happen, we will happily have your order remade with your corrected details at an additional discounted cost to you.
Can you create a custom design?
Yes, if we are not in the mist of too busy a wedding season we will happily work with you to create your design. If you have any suggestions or ideas please feel free to share them with us. Custom orders are welcome so don’t be shy let us know your vision so we can get to creating fab items for your special event! You can email us directly at email@example.com.
I have a coupon code, can I use it to purchase a bulk order?
Coupon codes can neither be combined with any other offers, nor be applied toward bulk discounts.
